Have you ever tried yoga? Recent research suggests it may be a powerful tool for helping people with MS live safer, healthier and happier lives. When I saw my Dr in April, she suggested I try Yoga for my Anxiety. I just got my chair yoga DVD today, Excited to see how I do. What do you think about Yoga for MS?
